2) We confirm discharge details
We coordinate timing, entrance/department pickup, and any equipment needs with you or the care team.
3) Pickup and assisted transfer
Our driver arrives, helps with transfer as needed, and ensures the patient is comfortable and secure.
4) Safe ride to destination
We transport to home, rehab, assisted living, or another non-emergency destination in the area.
