2) We confirm details (not instant booking)
We confirm timing, addresses, and the right level of assistance—wheelchair or stretcher—before the ride.
3) Pickup & assistance
We arrive on time and provide respectful assistance from door to vehicle and back—at a calm, comfortable pace.
4) Safe drop-off
We drop off at the correct entrance and can coordinate return rides for appointments, dialysis, and rehab visits.
